    • Ideal for making 5 snacks at a time. Pre-Seasoned, Weight-2.2 Kg;Non flat bottom
    • Handmade with the finest grade iron and built to last for generations. Cooking in a cast iron pan adds a good amount of trace iron into your diet, which is beneficial for supplementing dietary iron intake and reducing iron deficiency. Being a handmade product, it has a natural finish apart from the machine-made cookwares like nonstick, steel. Our products are made by artisans from God's own country -Kerala
    • MAINTENANCE - To ensure your cast iron cookware durability. Keep it clean, neat, and dry when not in use. After cooking, wash with a mild soap solution using a soft brush and keep on the stovetop to maintain it dry; wipe and give it a thin coat of any vegetable oil. Store carefully away from water. In about a couple of months of regular use, you might not need to coat with oil anymore. If you notice rust (which is highly unlikely in well-maintained ones), wash off the rust, apply a healthy coat of oil.
    • Hand-seasoned by us using traditional methods for your convenience. No further seasoning is required ready to use. Ready to use

    Frequently Asked Questions

Check out the FAQ section for solutions to common queries that can enhance your buying experience.

Can acidic foods be safely cooked in bronze cookware?

Kansa has a high % of tin in the alloy making it safe to cook any food. Acidic food can be stored/served for up to 4 hours without adverse reactions from the copper in the alloy. However, avoid storing food in bronze cookware long after cooking.

Are brass utensils safe for cooking and serving?

Brass utensils can be safe when properly prepared—especially if they have a food-safe tin lining or coating to prevent metal leaching. Using an appropriate coating and avoiding prolonged contact with acidic or salty foods is key.

Is bronze cookware compatible with induction cooktops?

No. Bronze cookwares are not suitable for induction cooking due to their non-magnetic properties. They are designed to be used on gas and ceramic hot plates. Consider using an induction converter plate/disk to use Bronze/kansa on an induction cooktop.

Are Bronze/castiron products Dishwasher safe? Any specific cleaning instructions ?
